Jona Devi: The ultimate Guru

Life is not too great sometimes. Everybody has their share of ups and downs and so did I. But the best part is I didn't feel the downs too much coz there she was with me, to keep me high with her quirky sense of humor and to give me fits of laughter as an when she pleased...So this is from one of those times...

I'm terribly bad when it comes to dealing with people...I can't understand whom to trust and whom to refrain from...and more often than not they take me for a ride and then i take pleasure in thinking about the whole bad experience all the time after that too. This was just one of those endless nights over a cup of tea and an open book that i was thinking bout it. Cursing myself for thinking so much about it and feeling dejected, i was totally oblivious to the fact that there is a guru hidden in the person sitting next to me...We started chatting and it turned into a heated argument...She kept pestering me to talk about it to the person...I thought the argument would just never end before it actually abruptly got aborted by a loud roar of laughter (who else but mine)when she said something...this is what she actually had to say:
It's good that you are thinking about it...and you should talk about it too..."Think about it, why do lesser women suffer from heart attacks, why are women more spiritually inclined than men, why are there more Anandmayi Ma and only one Budha? Because they TALK too much!!!"

So as we know we are not gonna refrain from being funny here. No matter if you find it funny or not...but trust me it's tummy achingly funny when it comes out of her...

So this is a very famouse one...
My birthday party (now please don't ask me the date), food, booze, and lots of fun loving people and close friends (also people)...Perfect setting for a great party!

Flash forward to about midnight...the clock strikes two and some of our friends decide to leave...
Jona acting like a responsible host, asks those guys to stay (for it was too late). When they don't listen she tries to act bossy. Not to mention, by this time she herself is tipsy (wink wink) and exclaims:
"At this hour of the night I won't let an ANT go out of the house, let alone THREE DRUNK MEN!!!"

So this is the reason i created this blog....I couldn't take it anymore...It was just getting too much...she would rattle off such words everyday and I could not stop laughing so i thought why not make others laugh as well...why do i take it alone?? So here it is, all the dope on this hilarious, awesomely funny, too cheeky and incredibly funny roommate of mine...

To start with, let's call her Jona! ( Name changed to hide identity ;)). And from here, I pledge to add any funny incidents that i am witness to...for the simple reason that i can't take it anymore...

This one bright sunny day we (me and her) meet this painfully perfect woman who had done almost everything to make it look so. Abdominoplasty, liposuction were just some of her physical virtues. So here's Jona's take on her : Surgical beauty treatments are for those who have got their first life of a human after the life of a dog!!!
